At the heart of Brauhauban market, a selection of regional wines and a menu concocted with products from the market.

L’Etal 36 is a café in the morning, a brasserie at lunchtime, and a wine bar and tapas bar in the evening with concerts, special evenings and a range of entertainment. In the afternoon, come and enjoy the peace-and-quiet on the terrace and treat yourself to brunch at the weekend. Open 7 days a week from 7am to 2am except on Sundays when we close our doors at 3pm! Regional cuisine: Noir de Bigorre pork, trout from the Pyrenees, cheese from the Pyrenees.
